About PROLAB Academy

PROLAB Academy is a football training academy in Surrey, dedicated to developing the next generation of talent through expert-led coaching for children aged 6 to 16. We offer an invite-only training program, delivering elite-level development in a professional and inspiring environment. Each Academy player will receive a full PROLAB branded NIKE kit.

Founded and run by experienced professionals Ollie Palmer and Luke O’Neill, PROLAB Academy brings years of professional playing and coaching experience to the training ground. Our vision is to provide young players with the tools, mindset and structure needed to succeed both on and off the pitch.

Ollie Palmer – Co-Founder of PROLAB Academy
Ollie Palmer is a professional footballer with over a decade of experience competing in the English football league system for clubs such as Wrexham AFC, Leyton Orient, Luton Town, AFC Wimbledon, Lincoln City and Crawley Town. Father of two, Ollie, brings a deep understanding of the modern game and a passion for developing young talent. His commitment to progression and professionalism is at the core of PROLAB Academy’s training philosophy.

Luke O’Neill – Co-Founder of PROLAB Academy
Luke O’Neill is a professional footballer, coach and father of two, recognised for his technical ability. Over his career, Luke has played for clubs such as Leicester City, Burnley, Southend United and AFC Wimbledon, competing across multiple tiers of English football. His deep knowledge of the game and hands-on coaching style provide a strong foundation for player growth and progression at PROLAB Academy.
